How can I get to the hotel from the airport, train/bus station?

You can reach the hotel in several ways:
From the airport: you can take a taxi or a private transfer service directly to the hotel (the journey takes approximately 45/50 minutes, depending on traffic). You can also use public transport; there are buses and trams that connect the airport with the town of Altea. This option is the most economical but takes more time—approximately 2 hours.
If you prefer, the hotel can arrange a transfer service (please check with the hotel).


What time is check-in and check-out?

The official check-in time is 4:30 p.m. We always try to have the rooms ready before this time, but it cannot be guaranteed. Upon arriving in Altea, you can come directly to the hotel—if your room is ready, we will proceed with check-in, otherwise you may leave your luggage and go enjoy Altea. We will call you once your room is ready.


Is there an airport transfer service?

The hotel can arrange a transfer service (please check with the hotel).


Is there free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel?

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in the rooms and all common areas.


Is breakfast included? What are the hours?

Hotel Abaco offers stays on a room-only basis or with breakfast included. If your booking is room-only, breakfast can be added for a supplement of €20 per person per night.


Are pets allowed?

Hotel Ábaco does not allow pets.


Can I check in online?

Yes, it is possible to complete your check-in online. A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to complete the online registration quickly and securely.


Does the hotel have parking? What is the daily/total rate?

The hotel has a total of 3 parking spaces. There is a supplement of €18 per day. It is recommended to book in advance (the parking is small and not suitable for very large vehicles unless you wish to reserve two spaces).

Yes, to guarantee your reservation, all special services and indulgences must be requested before your arrival. This way, we can have everything perfectly organized for your stay and add an extra touch of enjoyment to your experience with us. However, it is also possible to request these services during your stay, and we will do our best to organize and accommodate your request.
