Private parking

We have a private parking with limited spaces at an additional cost, you must book in advance. Check with the hotel for alternative public parking.

 

Is the hotel far from Altea?

Ábaco is located right in the centre of Altea, specifically in the prestigious Bellaguarda neighbourhood, in a perfect location. We are a few steps away from the shopping area, restaurants, promenade and square of the famous Church of Altea.

 

Do I need a car to visit the surroundings?

In Altea you can forget about the car as you can access the places of interest on foot. However, if you want to experience other places in the surrounding area, you can use the tram or bus.

 

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

There are several options, or rent a car at the airport, or we can help you arrange a reliable taxi or you can catch a bus in very good condition for approx. 12 euros just at the exit of the terminal that leaves every hour towards Benidorm. From the bus station you can either arrive by tram to Altea or take a taxi or we can arrange a taxi to wait for you there and departs at approximately 15euros.

 

Are there places where you can play action sports?

Altea offers you different options of action sports such as water sports, trekking and hiking.

Reservation Policy

25% of the total amount of the reservation will be paid at the time of booking as a guarantee. If the booking is last minute or for the following day we will ask for 100% of the stay in advance and your booking will be paid for and will be non-refundable in case of no show or cancellation. We offer other types of offers which have their booking and cancellation policy clearly stipulated in the conditions, for more information please contact the hotel.

 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel without charge as long as you do it 7 days before the reservation. If you have paid 25% of the total amount, the hotel will refund you once we have confirmation of your cancellation. In case of cancellation within 7 days before your reservation or no show your reservation will not be refundable and will not be subject to change. However, please always inform the hotel. Please review the policy on your confirmed booking.


 

Children's Policy

Children under 10 years of age are not allowed in the hotel. Contact the hotel to find out availability of alternative houses.

 

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel except dogs with their documentation. If this is the case please inform the hotel. There is an additional charge of 50 euros per stay.
