2. Send Us an Email with the Following Information:
- The name of the room you liked.
- Forward the number of your Comunitat Valenciana travel voucher and its expiration date (e.g., BONOCV23_123454ncnnd).
- Desired dates.
- A photo of your ID showing your address.
- Phone number for contact.
- Check the CAPRICHOS and WELLNESS sections for any additional details you want to include (excluding alcohol).
3. Confirmation: Once we review your request, we will contact you to confirm everything before redeeming the reservation. We will also request a credit/debit card as a guarantee and to charge the amount due 5 days before your arrival.
4. Redemption: We will proceed to redeem the voucher in the Comunitat Valenciana travel voucher extranet, and you will receive an email from them as confirmation.
5. Cancellation/Changes Policy: Please note that refunds or changes are not allowed if the reservation is modified or canceled within 5 days of the expected arrival date.
